KOSHER BUTTER PECAN PIE
This is a delicious Kosher Butter Pecan Pie recipe, it combines eggs, Kosher corn syrup, Kosher vanilla, lots of pecans nuts are naturally kosher. Let it bake to reach a burnished golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Kosher Light or Dark Corn Syrup
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Cholov Yisroel Kosher butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure Kosher vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups (6 ounces) pecans
- 1 (9 inch) Kosher unbaked deep dish pie crust
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your dairy oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix Kosher corn syrup, eggs, sugar, kosher butter, and kosher vanilla together in a large bowl using a spoon; stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
Bake in the preheated dairy kosher oven for 60 to 70 minutes. The pie is done when the center reaches 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Tap the center surface of the pie lightly; it should spring back when done. If the pie crust is getting too brown, cover the edges with foil.
Cool for 2 hours before serving.
Tips From The Chef
For easy cleanup, spray the pie pan with kosher cooking spray. To reduce calories.
To adjust for high altitude, reduce the sugar to 2/3 cup and increase the kosher butter to 3 tablespoons. Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
